3P Consulting was founded in 2010 as a consulting company for the hosting industry in Karlsruhe, Germany and since then has become a valued partner in ad interim project and product management. At the end of 2022, the 3P Consulting core team moved to Bulgaria on the Black Sea – since then we operate under the name 3P Consulting Group Ltd.

We support our clients especially in projects for which there is either no in-house capacity available or for which the appropriate know-how has to be acquired first. In such projects we usually take over the central project manager or program manager role.

Often we also support the customer on the requirements side by encapsulating the product manager or product owner role.

After more than 25 years in the industry, 3P Consulting has a profound know-how and a broad competence network and can therefore fall back on personally known and practice-proven experts.

Since our foundation, we have successfully completed over 100 projects for our clients, including but not limited to:

  • Large and small feature updates brought live
  • Initiation and implementation of cooperations between partners on an organizational and technical level
  • Internationalization and going online in new markets
  • Trained employees and introduced agile methodologies in projects

We know the cloud and hosting industry inside out, which is why we are hired especially for particularly demanding, technically and organizationally complex projects.

From the very beginning, we have always worked in an international environment spread across several time and cultural zones. Remote work quickly became part of our DNA. This fact then led to the fact that we soon started to develop our own personnel and software solutions for Remote Work and to implement them at our customers.

At the latest when SARS-Cov-2 entered the scene, almost overnight most companies became aware of the need for viable home office and remote work solutions, which initially led to a sudden proliferation of public cloud solutions such as MS365 or Google Workplace. As an alternative to these, we at 3P Consulting have introduced, a cloud solution that ostensibly meets the requirements of data sovereignty and privacy compliance, and allows companies to self-determine how they handle their data – without having to sacrifice the valued features of the large public cloud providers.

At the same time, remote work has presented itself to many companies as an opportunity to recruit and employ their employees beyond their own location borders. With the outsourcing of IT development or operational activities to foreign countries close to the border (nearshoring), additional savings potentials can be realized and additional flexibility can be gained. As 3P Consulting, we have been offering corresponding personnel solutions since 2020 and help our customers to profit from these opportunities.

Today, 3P Consulting sees itself as a driving force and innovative industry partner in shaping the working world of tomorrow and offers personnel and software solutions for remote work as complete solutions from a single source.

People behind 3P

Martin Blaha

Managing Director

At home in IT since 1995. Focusing on project and product management within the hosting and cloud industry. He founded 3P Consulting in 2010 and has been leading the company since then. At the end of 2022 Martin moved with his family from Germany to Bulgaria and since then lives in Balchik, near Varna, on the Black Sea coast.
